IMPORTANT: All Backpack orders from 6th December 12:00am British Time will not be dispatched until AFTER Christmas.

TUBIE LIFE will close for Christmas from 10th December. Any orders placed on or after 10th December will not be dispatched until AFTER Christmas. I plan to be back in the office from 6th January.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Our turnaround aims (however please note that during very busy periods this may increase.)

Tubie Tape: 7 days

Backpacks: 14 days

Tubie Pads, Clips, Covers: 14 days

 

Please note that the postage time for your selected option is on top of our turnaround time and that once orders have been dispatched, the postal time is beyond my control.

When your order is packed, you will receive a dispatch email. Your order will then be posted on my next post run – generally by the end of the next working day after receiving your dispatch email.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders (ie. Backpacks and Pump Stickers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons. ie. Tubie Tape, G-tube pads, Cath/drainage bag covers)
  • Items on sale

CONDITIONS OF RETURN IF AGREED:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, Buyer also needs to provide proof of purchase and full name.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (upon delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items like Backpacks and Pump stickers), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, Tubie Tape and Fabric items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

As all of our products are custom made and/or hygienic products we are unable to carry out returns, cancellations and refunds.

Can I cancel my order?

You cannot cancel Backpacks or Pump stickers as these products are custom made.

You are able to cancel other products with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it is dispatched. If the item is already sent we cannot cancel the order.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at hello@tubielife.co.uk . If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
